- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Develop and manage Marketing budget

- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning & execution etc.)
- Work with external agencies or vendors for marketing programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 3-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Behavioural economics
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing
- Knowledge of Wordpress development an added advantage
- Experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
- Highly creative with experience in digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Ability to write for an audience and generate story telling content (photo, video, infographics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and independent worker
- Valid Driver’s License and car required
- English and an African language required
- Ability to work well within a team
- Time management skills

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng (required)
