**Position details**:
Type: permanent
Reports to: General Manager
Primary purpose: Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Key Account Manager based at our Head Office to maintain our key customers, grow our customer base and sales revenue in all regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and increase sales of products to the existing customer base
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities and create new business
- Create sales budget for regional customers and monitor turnover against it on a monthly basis
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual KPIs
- Present strategic planning to improve client results
- Meet margin targets
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular feedback including on competitors
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Visits customer and follow up on leads
- Demonstrate and present products, and attend to trade exhibitions
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Reports to General Manager
