Our company is seeking an experienced and responsible Cleaning Site supervisor to join our team. As Site supervisor you will be responsible for manging the site and cleaning team on site for about 40 head counts

Duties will include:

- Check cleaning Equipment.
- Coach and Service team
- Coordinate and liaise with client at worksite.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
- Handle complaints ad feedback from clients
- Stock inventory
- Staff management
- Identify the training needs of all cleaning staff
- Implement work plans.
- Inspect work done by cleaner daily.
- Issue warnings, counselling and conduct Disciplinaries where necessary.
- Train cleaners and team leaders on services standards
- Understand the fundamentals of health and safety.
- Submit daily cleaning report.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- A Certificate / diploma or degree (in supervision)
- A valid driver license and own vehicle (a must)
- Excellent knowledge of legislation and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous material or practices
- 1-3 years of experience in cleaning industries
- Working knowledge in Safety management information system
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must reside in KZN preferable Stanger or willing to relocate (with your own arrangements )

**Job Type**: Contract with possibilities to permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month
