Ballito based client is looking for an Operations Clerk to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience as an operations clerk or in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Experience using Asana
- Must be organised, logical and can work systematically
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Own reliable transport

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Suppliers
- Liaising with Design and Décor Staff regarding Orders
- Receiving & Placing of all Project Orders & Worksheets
- Handling Confirmation of Orders & Worksheets
- Record Keeping of Incoming & Outgoing Orders & Worksheets
- Dispatching and Tracking Jobs to Suppliers/Manufacturers
- Co-ordinating with Suppliers/Manufacturers re Order Progress and Deliveries
- Updating Information regarding tracking of projects at Project Meetings
- Scheduling & Co-ordinating of Installations according to Project Meetings
- Lodging & Following-up of Queries
- Sending Clients Cleaning Instructions on Items & Fabrics utilized (Within two weeks of Installation)
- General administration duties
- Typing/Faxing
- Adhoc tasks
