Performs set ups and adjustments of the machines in accordance to the Operating Instructions.
- Perform pre-start up inspections.
- Carries out and records results of in process quality inspections.
- Performs first line maintenance as per maintenance schedule.
- Assists Engineering with breakdown repairs and shut down maintenance.
- Minimises manufacturing waste by efficient work practices.
- Adheres to standards in designated areas and keeps equipment and workplace in an acceptable condition.
- Adherence to all SHE requirements.
- Adheres to time and attendance standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric / Grade 12 with Maths and Science.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
