Role Profile: Floor Concierge
General Job Information

Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate the scheduling and utilisation of all meeting venues in the respective/dedicated floor. Must align to client values and service expectations

OUTPUTS CUSTOMER
- Establish and build a relationship with client representatives
- Understand client requirements and ensure daily communication is maintained with the client in terms of operational service delivery requirements

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Delivery of service levels as per customer satisfaction and SLA measures
- Ensure that reception, meeting rooms and other client areas are always kept to a high standard of neatness and cleanliness,
- Ensure that meeting rooms meet requirements and are set up according to pre-determined standards.
- Ensuring that a full daily check of rooms is carried out and that issues are raised promptly as per

SOP in a timely fashion
- Check that all AV/VC Equipment is in working order, prior to meetings held, reporting any faults promptly and following up to ensure the resolution thereof with IT
- Be cross trained in all front of house tasks, so that can undertake duties of any team member as required
- Record and maintain statistical data of all tenants situated on the particular floor that you are managing
- Ensure that new occupants to the floor are indeed authorised to be there in line with communication as received from Space Planning and Management
- Distribute Customer Service Index link / Forms as and when requested as well as encouraging tenants to complete
- Collect mail items and distribute accordingly
- Welcome visitors, clients and employees to the meeting venues
- Escort clients, where necessary.
- Work with facilities teams to ensure the management of the plants, decorations, displays and publications on the floor in the work areas and/or waiting areas to ensure that materials/products are current and up to date
- Follow up on Helpdesk calls logged and escalate as per SOP should calls logged remain unresolved
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures at all times
- Assist in all other service areas when required

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
