Vetting and Approval of new customers
Reviewing credit limits
Attending to all electronic and telephonic queries
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including age analysis, reconciliations, processing payments, credit notes.
Collections
Updating sales team and management with all customer issues
Resolve customer queries timeously.
Build solid relationships with customers and internal sales team.
Debtor related administrative functions.

**Qualifications**:
Matric and relevant credit management qualification
Minimum 3 years relevant credit control experience
Computer literacy with advanced MS Excel - Syspro experience advantageous.
Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently in pressurized environment.
