Totalgaz Operations Department is looking for an OBC Coordinator to join the team. The job activities for this role are**:
**FLEET MANAGEMENT**
- Do daily inspections to ensure that OBC and IVMS systems are working.
- Manage DPS point system for violations.
- Monitor if drivers are using their driving tags daily.
- Monitor the safe to dispatch compliance matrix to ensure all fleet has gone through the required inspections.
- Action all OBC / IVMS events.
- To complete documentation for new vehicles that will be entered into the fleet and shall cover compliance with technical specifications.
- To complete new drivers and staff documentation for vetting into operation.
- Shall ensure DEKRA inspections are done twice per year.
- Ensure maintenance are being done by the transporters.
- Make sure safe to load are done daily or before a vehicle depart. Update compliance data on STL database.
- Ensure the vehicles that are blocked on the system are repaired prior to putting the vehicles back into operation.
- Ensure breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- To liaise with the contracted transport Operations Controller/s regarding vehicle maintenance schedules and effectively plans and allows for scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure most economical routes are always used on OBC / Journey management.
- Continuously monitoring vehicle movements on OBC / Journey management.
- Ensure daily reporting of incidents and accidents
- Stand in for Logistics coordinator and do planning as required.
- Be available for rotational weekend work and after hours standby as required.

**ADMINISTRATION**
- Daily checks and verification of accuracy on delivery and upliftment notes.
- Raising orders in SAP for the various refineries as needed.
- Stock controlling - compiling daily vehicle loss and gain reports
- Investigate delivery variances and discrepancies.
- Order updates.
- Assist logistics and supply manager with the compilation of month end stats for dashboard purposes.
- Update DPS points as required.
- Validate OBC violations.
- Always keep all fleet and staff compliance documents up to date with the transporters. Transporters shall upload documents and the OBC coordinator shall verify, vet, and validate the documents and update the expiry dates on the compliance matrix. (No staff or fleet can operate with expired documents)
- Keep Transport and HSEQ KPI’s up to date.
- Update and monitor driver league data.
- Update KM reports
- Diploma in Transport / Fleet Management & Logistics or studying towards one.
- Minimum two years relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate at different levels, both internally and externally.
- Soft skills / time management / prioritising duties.
- Ability to practice oversight to ensure suppliers are complying to SLA’s.
- Experience managing compliance data and expiry dates.
- Identify risk and implement reduction measures.
- Routing and planning.
- Strong focus on deadline management.
- A “hands on” experience and knowledge of fleet operated vehicles / OBC / IVMS and related economics.
- Company infrastructure, logistics, administration, and systems.
- Must be computer literate in Ms Office Suite.
