**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The CPU Technician is required to ensure that all CPU repairs are repaired within the prescribed turn around time stipulated by Apple, so as not to affect customer service, also to provide adequate repair feedback on repair documentation and to ensure that all repairs, as well as administration of these repairs are facilitated as per AASP guidelines.

The technician will be required to have a thorough understanding of apple technical repair procedures and must ensure that they constantly reviews and checks the latest service releated articles and procedures introduced by Apple with regards to CPU repair. The technician must also ensure that all certifications pertaining to CPU repairs are kept up to date and do not lapse. The technician should also havr a thorough understanding of how this role affects customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) or similar qualification
- 3 years computer repair experience
