Social Media

We have an opportunity for two mid-level social media managers to join the team in our Somerset West offices. You will be tasked with managing +-5 different client accounts which include social strategy, design and implementation. You will be further supported by a creative director and digital assistant.

Our clients include; a pet store group, a welfare, a sports betting company, an e-commerce and retail brand, a butchery chain, a software company, a clothing brand and a few others. A diverse bunch of clients - all super cool to work with.

**Main Duties Include**:

- Conceptualise, plan, and present monthly digital marketing strategies for each client (with the creative director)
- Create a strong social media plan and schedule (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Design social media posts and copy (designed images, editing, photography, etc.)
- Form partnerships with affiliated/complementary brands and influencers
- Plan, run, and oversee paid advertising on all social media networks.
- Stay informed about trends in the social media, marketing, technology, and advertising industry

**Necessities**:

- Social media platform experience (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Design experience/know how (Canva and/or Adobe suite etc..). Video editing to your advantage
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) including admin and project management skills
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Self-starter, driven, and highly motivated
- High energy levels and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Offer/Expectations**:

- Initial 3-month probation period
- Salary: R 15,000 - R 22,000 depending on experience
- Will be required to work from our offices in Somerset West
- Unlimited smoothies, cereals, and toasties

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
