Position Description:
**You will be required to**:

- Manage the foreign currency process involved in placing orders
- Ensure accurate and timeous placing of orders
- Manage all aspects surrounding orders i.e. packaging, ticketing, claims, etc.
- Manage the production and receipt of samples
- Monitor the production process from order placement to delivery
- Play a co-ordination role between the suppliers, buying, quality control, shipping and distribution centre teams
- A proven working experience within the retail industry
- An in-depth knowledge and practical experience in dealing with offshore factories and buying agents
- To understand all aspects of foreign currency purchases and its controls
- To understand all aspects of shipping
- To have excellent co-ordination, follow-up and organisational skills
- A strong analytical ability
- Good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in excel
- Strong numeracy
- The ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- High energy levels and an ability to work in a fast paced, pressured work environment
- To be computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- To be a good team player
