**Purpose**:

- Ensure smooth running of refurbishment, Field service operations and spare parts deliveries from local warehouse targeting customer satisfaction through the timely execution of orders.
- Ensure effective implementation of all necessary actions to effectively handle all refurbishment operations, field service operations and spare parts deliveries and documents flow (in order to have correct stock and no stock differences)
- Communicate effectively with customers internal and external and respond to their requirements.
- Supplier engagement
- price negotiation, lead-times, planning.
- Warehouse management and inventory controls.
- Overall planning of spare supply to all other business units in the company serve operation.
- Implementation of global and local SOP’s for procurement, receiving, transfer of spares.
- Ensure all partners (internal & external) can work efficiently by having sufficient spare parts stock.
- Collaborate with other departments (i.e. technical dept.) for optimization of overall efficiency.
- Reduce and control SLOB.
- Handle documents flow properly.
- Keep correct stock in the system (no stock differences**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Logistics Diploma or equivalent

**Work experience and skills**:

- 1-2 years of proven working experience the warehouse, preferably in spare parts handling
- IT knowledge
- HIGH Proficiency with excel is minimum requirement.
- Good knowledge of technical aspects
