The incumbent would be required to accurately and timeously plan, track and post campaign ad-hoc media plans and deals. Furthermore, they would be required to efficiently utilise media spend on various channels and manage inventory in order to maximise revenue.

**Planning and Inventory**

Planning, tracking and providing updates on all Ad-hoc, CPP, ROS, Packages and Sponsorship deals.

Providing accurate post campaign analysis for CPP and ROS clients and offer accurate feedback on performance.

Designing, planning, coding and distributing packages to Telmar and Arianna.

Tracking and analysing revenue and compile revenue reports.

Assisting with analysis of programmes and inventory.

Assisting the rate setting committee with relevant information needed.

Assisting the Planning and Inventory Manager when necessary.

Ensuring that all aspects of Broadcast Traffic System in relation to the job is known.

Providing the necessary support to the Sales team.

**Monitor Planning and Inventory**

Oversee the Planning and Inventory team with regard to day-to-day activities.

Ensure that a monthly Update Presentation is done for the CTS team.

Proactively identify trends that may affect current or potential revenue streams across channels.

**Client Liaison**

Managing Account Executive (AE) and client/agency relationships to build respect and trust in your judgment.

Attending client/agency meetings, with AE’s.

Attending external meetings such as BRC, Telmar, and The Nielsen Company.

**Qualifications**

3-Year National Diploma in any related Media Studies - Essential

**Experience**

3 or more years of experience in Media Research
- Essential

**Computer Literacy**

MS Office Suite - Intermediate

Telmar and/or Arianna - Advanced
