**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of different types of cooking oils and their properties
- Experience in daily and monthly inventory control, quality control, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with weighbridge operations
- Proficiency in computer systems for inventory control, reporting, and related tasks
- Experience with SAGE or other inventory control software
- Certification in food safety or quality control
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the offloading and loading of tankers while ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- You will conduct daily tank dips and ullage checks to monitor inventory levels accurately. Quality control of cooking oils is a critical aspect, where you will conduct checks, maintain records, and adhere to quality SOPs.

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
