Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

- Grade 12 and a tertiary IT qualification (N+ and A+);
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in IT as a Field Technician;
- Windows networking experience;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Valid driver’s license.

Experience with the following is highly preferable:

- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Network Administration and cabling
- CCTV
- Ubiquiti
- MikroTik
