**POSITION: HR ADMIN CLERK - GENERALIST (RETAIL)**

**LOCATION: ETHEKWINI, VERULAM, DURBAN**

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Matric
- HR Tertiary Qualification completed (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ HR Administration experience
- Payroll experience (advantageous)
- Must have strong HR Admin experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Must have experience working with Code 14 Drivers
- Experience working with staff compliment of 300 or more
- Able to work in a fast-paced & highly pressurized retail environment
- Able to meet strict deadlines & efficient at multi-tasking
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Have a professional, reliable & meticulous disposition & attitude
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, peak periods & overtime if required (includes Easter & Christmas)
- Proficient on MS Packages including Excel & Power Point
- **Must reside in Verulam, Tongaat or Phoenix area (close proximity to office)**
- Must be available immediately (no notice applicable)
- Must have contactable references with good work history
- In accordance with the POPI Act 4 of 2013_:
**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Admin: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- SA Driver's licence (required)
