**Purpose of the Job**:
- To conduct deli training at our deli training school and stores. -To design a profitable business model and ensure implementation thereof. -To ensure national deli policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. -To ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety and Hygiene procedures and policies. -Efficiently manage the deli training school. -To provide exception input regarding maintenance of equipment. -To provide input and suggestions regarding deli lay-out and equipment.

**Qualifications**:
Essential: Matric or a qualification equivalent to a National Senior certificate
Desirable: - Fresh foods qualification - Accredited facilitator/ assessor
**Experience**:
Essential: Minimum 5 years fresh foods / deli experience
Desirable: Fresh foods management experience
**Knowledge and Skills**:
Essential: - Business management principles - Financial management principles
Desirable: - Cost accounting - Food manufacturing principles
