Who We're Searching For:

- You're a luminary of lounging, a captain of comfort. You've sold sofas to city dwellers, convinced bachelors to purchase sleeper sofas, and probably could sell a swivel chair to a ghost.
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience (furniture, interior design, or related fields preferred).
- A record of crafting unforgettable customer experiences.
- Passion for the world of furniture that rivals your love for a well-worn recliner.
- Ability to speak the language of aesthetics, even if it's just mumbling "mid-century modern" in your sleep.

Your Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to identify their requirements and offer personalized recommendations that align with their style preferences and functional needs. Close sales by demonstrating product features and benefits, negotiating prices, and overcoming objections.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and provide an exceptional shopping experience by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our high-end furniture collections, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points, to effectively showcase and educate customers about our products.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients by following up on sales, providing post-sales support, and offering personalized recommendations for additional purchases or complementary products.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to meet team sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Administration: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
