As a sales agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchase decisions, offer product recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, resolving any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organisation, merchandising products, and processing transactions accurately. To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of our products, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers in finding products and provide helpful recommendations
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly basis
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to properly advise customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
