**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and facilitate artisan workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Demonstrate artisan techniques and provide practical, hands-on instruction.
- Develop and customize curriculum and materials to suit different skill levels and interests.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and skill development.
- Provide individual feedback and support to participants to enhance their craft skills.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new workshop ideas and content.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in artisan crafts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an artisan craft with expertise in [specific craft or technique, if applicable].
- Experience in teaching or facilitating workshops, preferably in an artisan or creative setting.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire participants of various skill levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Relevant certifications or training in artisan crafts are a plus.
