We are currently hiring a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist for our South African office, to be based in Johannesburg in a hybrid work model.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively complete all regulatory tasks from new product filings to life-cycle management
- To effectively participate in both local and regional cross-functional teams
- Experience in both South Africa and Sub-Sahara African countries
- Collaboration and discussions on new guidelines, SOPs, sharing learning experiences, and standard methodologies.
- Implementing Regulatory Strategy and Innovation

**Qualifications**:

**Education**:

- B.Pharm. or Dip Pharm qualification.
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council

**Experience and Skills**:

- 3 to 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience
- Computer Literacy
- Strong communication skills with key customers both internal and external (e.g. Global Regulatory Affairs,
- Meticulous, accurate and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a highly-pressurised environment.
- Self-starter, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements (Guidelines, The Medicines Act and Regulations).
- Knowledge of Foreign Registration Requirement (viz. Africa)
- Understanding of the Code of Marketing Practice
- Knowledge of international requirements.
