Logistics Coordinator

**Descriptions**:

- Procurement of fuel for all logístical needs to ensure smooth running of transport throughout operational areas.
- Procurement of all stock for Hygiene station operations.
- Control and monitor stock levels to ensure timeous ordering and delivery to ensure continuous operational levels maintained
- Monitoring of fuel usage to monitor wastage, theft and to meet budgetary guidelines
- Action vehicle maintenance requests to ensure fleet efficiency
- Plan, action and monitor all bus transport needs to meet with labor demands throughout the farm operations as indicated by management
- Collaborate with management and supervisors to collate information to plan transport needs
- Communication with relevant contracted fleet providers where necessary to meet with transport needs
- Plan, action and monitor farm maintenance and fleet maintenance needs in collaboration with Farm Business Manager
- Plan, action and monitor relevant contractors to meet with transport needs
- Enforce, monitor and action all SLA agreements with relevant contractors to ensure adherence
- Enforce, monitor and action company staff code of conduct anomalies during transport usage
- Develop, monitor and action fleet legal compliance (license and insurance) to ensure compliance
- Monitor and action fleet service records to ensure safety of all
- Plan, action and monitor driver and fleet allocations to support production needs

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary: applicable degree/diploma
- Minimum of 3-5 years fleet coordination experience
- young energetic person.
- Good literacy, numeracy, computer skills, excellent report writing skills
- Driving licence with own transport
