Architectural Technician

We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial building typologies, with projects spanning Gauteng and Southern Africa. This role involves participation in concept and design development, as well as the production of marketing, municipal, and technical construction drawings.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential,
- Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Lumion (or other presentation tools) are advantageous,
- Knowledge of South African building regulations (SANS 10400), town planning concepts, green buildingprinciples, and Work Stages 1-6,
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
