Cyber Security Trainer

**Position**: Cyber Security Trainer

**Location**: Northern Cape and Limpopo

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience delivering training

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on Cyber Security.
- Ensure engaging and effective delivery of content, addressing participant queries, and providing real-world examples.

2. **Course Development**:

- Collaborate with the content development team to enhance and customize training materials.
- Stay updated with Cyber Security updates and incorporate relevant changes into training modules.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to measure participants' understanding and progress.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

4. **Industry Relevance**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Cyber Security.
- Integrate real-world scenarios and case studies into training sessions.

5. **Client Engagement**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their specific training needs.
- Participate in pre-training meetings to tailor content to client requirements.

6. **Training Project Management**:

- Manage logistics and coordination for training projects.
- Ensure timely completion of training sessions according to project timelines.

7. **Qualifications**:

- CompTIA Security + Certificate or any other Cyber Security Certification.
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in CompTIA Security.

8. **Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security technologies.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse audience needs.
- Results-oriented and committed to the success of participants.
