Welder

Are you a skilled welder looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a qualified and experienced welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for various welding tasks in a steel and industrial environment. If you have the expertise and drive to excel in this role, we want to hear from you

**Qualifying Criteria**:

- Relevant trade test certificate in Welding (no coding required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment (Steel and/or Industrial)
- Experience in pipe welding, Copper, Brazing, Silver solder, and Cast steel will be beneficial but not necessary
- Proficient in Mig, Tig Gas, and ARC welding techniques
- Extensive knowledge of power tools
- Ability to work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Rules
- Ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in cutting materials according to specifications and assembling them
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings
- Ability to fabricate items from samples, diagrams, or pictures

**Standard Hours**:

- 08h30-17h00: Monday - Thursday
- 08h30-14h00: Friday (_May be required to work overtime as per operational requirements_)
