*Job Summary:*

As a Cashier, you will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area in our stationery store.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Customer Service:

- Greet customers and respond to queries.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management.
- Transaction Processing:

- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, card payments, and mobile payments.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Store Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock impulse-buy items and promotional materials.
- Sales Support:

- Participate in sales promotions and campaigns.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Operations:

- Perform daily opening/closing procedures.
- Manage cash handling, including counting change.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Previous retail experience.
- Knowledge of stationery products.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: R1 250,00 - R1 500,00 per week
