**Introduction**

Following road traffic accidents, the Recoveries team are instructed by insurance companies to determine liability and then recover uninsured losses and insurer outlay's from third parties. You will undergo regular supervision with your line manager, receiving day to day support. It is important you are organized and complaint, but also willing to use your own initiative.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage client expectations.
- Resolution of liability disputes.
- Resolution of Quantum disputes.
- Take initiative to suggest ideas for improvements and understand the value of different working ideas.
- Work to set priorities, create clear plans, ability to meet targets and manage all work to meet the needs of the client.

**Requirements**:

- LLB Degree.
- Ability to interpret and input data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Professional and confident telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- No articles of clerkship and/or attorneys admission required.
- Legal experience would be advantageous.

**Working Hours**

09:00am to 18:00pm/ 10:00am to 19:00pm - Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R13 000,00 per month
