**Requirements**:
- Matric qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Education, Social Science or similar (preferable)
- Registered Assessor
- Registered Moderator
- Qualified SDF
- Knowledge and understanding of SAQA and NQF
- Experience: 1-3 years (preferable)
**Competencies**
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Learning capabilities
- Time Management
- Facilitation skills, Assessment and Moderation skills
- Computer literacy (full knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong work ethic
- A passion for youth development
