POSITION DESCRIPTION
To operate a variety of machines to perform assigned tasks
To produce accurate measurements
To have respect for safety precautions
Your goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output
2. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job
3. Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
4. Monitor machine while working, maintain temperature and identify issues
5. Keep records of final products
6. Ability to work-out cutting list
7. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
