**Position Summary**

The purpose of this role is to serve as a data administrator in the business, focusing on

user support administration, data mining, analysis with the purpose of providing data driven

insights to enable the achievement of the business’ overall goals that will support

operational decision making.

**Key Accountabilities/ Principle**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with the company’s Quality
- Management System and OHS Management System requirements
- Key super user of CAFM system
- Promotion of CAFM system
- Testing of new projects on the CAFM system
- Administer the CAFM support system and analytics to identify key operational or
- system areas for improvement
- Undertake data integrity assessments across all projects using the CAFM system
- and reporting thereof
- Collaborate with and support to the operational teams on data integrity findings
- Document administration of user, vendor and materials databases, parameter
- specifications, templates and system change requests
- Support training programmes and initiatives, and administration thereof
- Implement data analysis, data collection and other activities to optimise
- operational and statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data, analysing results, and preparation of performance metrics and
- trending reports required across the business
- Identify improvements to systems
- Liaising with systems service providers
- Administration of meetings
- Support the technology project initiative
- Support the company with ad hoc projects

**Key Skills and experience**
- Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification
- +2 years’ experience in a similar role with proven data administration experience
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems and database technology
- (design, software and structure)
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data
- Ability to draw actionable insights from raw data and information to help further
- the business's objectives
- Good problem solving and organizational skills
- Good administration skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Ability to communicate technical system concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate to data solutions
- Adhere to internal agile methodology using project management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Enjoy working in a flexible, fast paced environment
- Time management, disciplined, accountable and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office: MS Excel for data analysis, MS Word for report writing
- and MS PowerPoint for presentation compilation

- Ability to communicate well with different types of stakeholders and adapt to
- different project environments
- Patience with end users and stakeholders
- Good customer relationship skills

**Key Result Areas**
- Delivery of a quality service to all stakeholders
- Provide system support to users and administration thereof
- Monitor data integrity to identify improvements and communicate findings thereof
- Compile performance metrics and analysis, and trending reports
