**CATERING MANAGER** - Manages and assumes responsibility and accountability for client care on assigned unit. Manages the unit in accordance with policy and procedure and relevant regulations to promote high quality care and service.

**FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANTS** - Preparing food in accordance with policy and procedure and relevant regulations to promote high quality care and service.

**CASHIERS** - Processing cash and card payments on POS and promote high quality care and service.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant Certificates
- 2 years’ experience in a Canteen Setting
- English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
- Own reliable transport
- Must reside in the Pinelands Area (Advantageous)
- Clear criminal record

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Preparing Kitchen and Front Counters for Food Service in the canteen
- Food preparation
- Food service
- Process sales on POS
- Set-up and set-down of kitchen and eating space
