Seeff Plattekloof is looking for Licensed Property Practitioners (PDE4) as well as interns (mentorship provided) to work in the Plattekloof area and
Northern suburbs.

**Responsibilities**

Negotiation and selling skills
Ambition, drive and charisma
Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
Strong organisational skills, as you may be dealing with more than one property at a time.
Willingness to take responsibility as an estate agent, to travel and spend time out of the office.
Understanding of, and interest in the local property market and the selling.

**Must** **have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle, working laptop, and smart phone.**
