**Job and Company Description**:
In the position of Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely completion of field work, adhering to established policies and procedures, and staying within budgetary constraints. My client is an innovative accounting firm, constantly adapting to the evolving landscape. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and harnessing the power of cloud-based software, they position themselves as front-runners in the accounting industry. Their approach revolves around crafting customized and impactful solutions, specifically designed to tackle the distinct challenges we face in a dynamic world.

As the Audit Manager you will be responsible for:

- Prepare comprehensive client reports.
- Recommend and finalize audit opinions.
- Plan and manage budgets for audit assignments.
- Monitor and assess performance against budgetary targets.
- Conduct thorough reviews of audit files and prepare related reports to ensure readiness for sign-off.
- Review tax returns.
- Efficiently allocate resources and schedule staff members for audit engagements.
- Delegate tasks according to individual audit assignments.
- Ensure completion of audit planning documentation.
- Approve time-sheets.
- Handle billing processes and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing ongoing feedback to both employees and the Director.
- Offer technical support and training to staff members.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure achievement of targets and goals.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Qualified CA.
- 3 years relevant experience. Thorough knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, ISA and taxation.
- Project management skills.
- Writing and reporting skills.
