**VACANCY**

**HR Business Partner**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations and report bank to HR HOD.

**Duties**
- Developing the HR agenda.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Evaluating staffing needs.
- Overseeing recruitment and selection.
- New staff induction and monitoring office allocations.
- Managing and allocating HR funds.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Engaging with the SETA’s and submitting of mandatory grants yearly
- Engaging with Department of Labour for EE submission
- IRP’s and UIF submissions

**Requirements**:

- Degree in human resources management.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to details.
- Highly organized.
- Good people skills.
