Retail Admin Supervisor

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Urgency, initiative and a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Two years of retail service experience.
- Very strong communication and customer service skills.
- Competent organization skills and a high attention to detail.
- A cool head under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strict adherence to all policies regarding stock control, document control, equipment control and safety and security.
- Availability to work long and flexible hours.
- Must have had exposure and experience in Cash Office and Cashiers Department.”

**Duties**:

- All organizations need timely and effective office and administrative support to operate efficiently and achieve their goals.
- The supervisor must have solid business Acumen. This means that you must understand the business implications of decisions made.
- Admin supervisor performs administrative tasks to ensure that the staff is working quickly, accurately and efficiently.
- To represent management and the company.
- To organize his/her department and employees, visualize future impacts and needs, energize the employees to get their tasks done and supervise their work ensuring that the productivity and quality standards are met. To ensure that this is done, the Admin supervisor makes certain that his employees have the training; the tools and the material that they need to carry out their duties.

**Salary**: R37.14 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clairwood, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
