**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Program Management team under Yoco’s Product function. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects & programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**What you will be doing**:
***:

- Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they meet the organisation's objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with product managers, cross-functional product teams, and other functions (commercial, operations, finance.etc) to define program scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and other partners to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities within a program.
- Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor program progress, identify and raise risks and issues, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues and suggested ways forward.
- Ensure that the program's deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with the organisation's objectives.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, in a Product and Tech environment (ideally start up / scale up background).
- Proven experience leading complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Notion, or Google Suites.
