**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Compiling staff Contracts and Letters of Appointments
- Inductions
- Manage legislation and Update Policies and Procedures
- Assisting with payroll
- Termination of resigned staff on payroll, typing certificate of employment, submitting information to UIF Dept
- Leave, salary changes - capture on payroll system
- Upload NBC contributions to website, download reports and correct differences to balance, effect payment to NBC branches
- Capturing and reconciliations of all third party payments, i.e. Emoluments Attachment orders, Medical Aid contributions, Loan payments, Union contributions, etc.
- Payslips - printing and distribution
- Provide assistance and administrative support to others in department when required
- Serve on committee and attend meetings relating to Occupational Health and Safety
- Capture NBC Sick Leave, Annual Leave on payroll and website, download reports and correct differences to balance, payment to NBC branches
- Assist in obtaining our yearly BEE verification
- Dealing with Inseta / various Seta with regards to Compliance / Regulations
- General Reporting
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Min 5 Years HR Administrative experience Essential**:
- **Experience dealing with all aspects of HR : Recruitment / Policies and Procedures / Terminations**:
- **Exp in CCMA and legal policies and procedure**:
- **Relevant HR Qualification - Dip / Degree or equivalent**:
- **Advanced Computer Skills : MS Office**
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY: 2 years (preferred)
- PAYROLL SOFTWARE: 5 years (required)
- HR ADMININSTRATION: 5 years (required)
- LEGISLATION: 5 years (preferred)
