Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required:
National Diploma/Degree in human resources management or an equivalent business science qualification. A minimum of 3 year’s experience as a recruitment specialist. Agency recruitment and headhunting experience will be an advantage. Experience in the development of recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of labour laws relating to recruitment; B-BBEE, EEA, BCEA, SDA, etc. Knowledge and understanding of talent management and transformation. Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office experience. Strong administration skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
