**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
MORE is looking for an MCR Operator to work across a new global production account for a renowned clothing brand.

Based as part of our Global Post team, this highly motivated individual will have proven track record in dealing with a range of clients, production streams. The role requires a deep understanding across all facets of post-production and moving video and the ability to work across multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

A professional attitude and unwavering commitment to quality are highly desirable. We require someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table in a rapidly evolving multi-studio set-up.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in post-production with an interest in technology and engineering.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Upon receipt, manage the ingest and QC of all production masters via the automated and manual workflows within the agreed service level timelines.
- Ensure all approved assets are tagged and processed before they are passed through to our global post-production teams.
- Where necessary, liaising with production personnel and partner agencies to ensure that production masters and project files are delivered to spec.
- Provide technical production expertise and continually drive production best practice.
- Provide technical advice and support to colleagues for any final deliverables across platforms and channels.
- Have a deep understanding of production workflows and the way broadcast equipment and production systems are used within the group.
- Provide input, advice and feedback on the use of technology and our current processes.
- Operate equipment used in the Master Control Room and monitor and maintain technical equipment and systems and ensure standards are kept with minimum disruption to workflows.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technology, ways of working and have the instinct to grasp and funnel emerging opportunities and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to teams.

- Motivate and lead production teams with enthusiasm.
