A well-established company that opened its doors in 1978, and services the building industry, allied trades, and manufactures, both directly and through their national distributors and as importers and distributors of Industrial fixings and fasteners with branches in Cape Town and Gauteng is looking for a dedicated and professional Inbound Telesales and Counter Sales Representative to join them.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum Grade 12
Experience working with Syspro software.
Be able to speak both English and Afrikaans
5 years sales experience (telephone and counter sales)
Hardware experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Service customers on the phone as well as at the counter
Service given Customers and create orders (this is where commission is earnt - on their own sales coded area)
Service the customers given to them in their coded area
Grow and extend the range sold to these customers
Generate new business
Reach sales targets
Take orders over the phone (all customers) and at the counter and invoice the customer.
Check stock handed to the customer
Test our products with the customer - drilling with power tools etc.
