This Estate consisiting of various F&B Outlets & an Events Space seeks an experienced Head Of Banqueting.

Reporting into the Asst F&B & F&B Manager

This venue is well known for Weddings, Conferencing & various celebrations

Responsible for working with the banquet sales team and chefs, planning wait staff needs, and set up & breakdown of the banquet venues.

Have sound relations with suppliers

Experience in F&B Banqueting management either as an Assistant or Supervisor at a luxury property preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities necessary.
Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills.
Goal and results oriented.
Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential.
International experiences an asset.
An absolute commitment to service excellence and continual learning.

Willing and able to work shifts & weekends
