We are seeking an Intern to take part in an 24-month internship where the successful applicant would assist in the call center of a fleet management company.

The successful intern will contact dealers to confirm service bookings and completion of work and thus managing downtime.

They will interact with customer and vendors to ensure arrangements are made as per set procedures.

Important areas they will focus on are Data Capturing; Professional Telephone Etiquette; Maintenance Case Follow Up; General Requirements of the Call Centre.

Intern must have a relevant qualification such as Logistics or Call Centre.

Contract length: 24 months
