**1)** **Retail Sales**:

- Greet customers when they come in
- Be of assistance to the customer for any queries (which product is best for customer’s need, prices and descriptions etc.)
- Build and Maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Ensure retail floor is clean, neat and well merchandised

**2)** **Online sales**:

- Post stock items on social media on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers and answer all queries online

**Requirements**:

- Must have a matric certificate.
- Must have previous retail floor sales experience.
- Must have a cell phone and must be a social media user with a current facebook account.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English (verbally and written)
- Must have experience in electronics (example, connecting a PA to a speaker).
- Must have reliable transport to be at work on time.
