Financial Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Daily finance administration and operational tasks
- Data capture for reporting
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard tasks
- Prepare and file company tax documents
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Update and reconcile balance sheet recons where required
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
- Conduct regular financial analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with management to make strategic business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation as well as company policies, procedures and management systems
**Requirements**:
- Relevant degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software, Xero.
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Deadline driven, confidential, honest, well organised, proactive, collaborative
- Hospitality or coworking space experience advantageous
**Salary**: Up to R16,000.00 per month
