**In-house Support Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Navigate the internal ticket system
- Provide technical support to customers
- Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service
- Assist walk-in customers with setting up equipment and/or advising on technical solutions.
- Working after-hours home based.
- Additionally, you will need to be available to respond to customer inquiries and provide advice and training to new customers and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans (spoken & written)
- Basic usage of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work overtime at least once a month & nightshift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Telecommunication product knowledge and product ranges will be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the telecommunication industry will be an advantage
