Bike Technician

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Bike Technician within the Trade Division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conduct bike repairs, tune-ups, and maintenance according to established standards and procedures
- Assess the condition of bikes brought in by customers and recommend appropriate repairs and services
- Perform wheel truing, gear adjustments, brake adjustments, and other mechanical repairs as required
- Install, replace, and adjust bike parts and components, including tires, tubes, chains, pedals, gears, and brakes
- Assemble new bikes and ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of bike repairs, services performed, and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and offering expert advice on bike maintenance and repair
- Keep work area clean, organized, and well-maintained to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Stay updated with advancements in bike technology, industry trends, and new repair techniques through continuous learning

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Proven qualification as a Bike Technician
- Hardworking & team player
- Honest
- Work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Organized
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Valid Driver’s license (Code A & B)
- Positive and motivated
