**Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star, award-winning lodge. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to shape an unforgettable guest experience while driving excellence in all aspects of lodge operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Guest Experience**:

- Create and maintain a profound guest experience aligned with the lodge's service vision and creative concepts.
- Ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded through exceptional service and personal attention.
- ** Operational Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including hospitality service, maintenance, gardening, and housekeeping.
- Implement strategic service directives to achieve broader organizational goals and maintain cost-effective operations within the agreed budget.
- Monitor and enhance operational efficiency while fostering positive interpersonal relationships among staff.
- ** Staff Management**:

- Develop and motivate lodge staff, ensuring high morale and ongoing professional growth.
- Provide comprehensive handovers to the Assistant Lodge Manager in your absence and receive full handovers upon your return.
- ** Administrative Duties**:

- Manage financial aspects including budget adherence, stock control, and effective administration of orders.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence and operational efficiency.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years as a trainee and 4 years in a managerial role within a renowned 5-star hotel or world-class lodge.
- ** Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
- Strong financial management and administrative skills.
- ** Skills**:

- High standards of service excellence and passion for the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; a second language is preferable.
- Good computer literacy and understanding of basic labor law and disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to manage staff development, assertively handle challenges, and maintain high standards in housekeeping and maintenance.
