**The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function/ work**:
1. Designing marketing collateral for the department including brochures, leaflets, newsletters, posters, infographics, exhibitions, brading, artwork for promotional material.

2. Preparing illustrations or rough sketches of promotional material, discusiing them with clients and/or supervisors and making necessary changes for approval by immediate supervisor.

3. Editing of video footage and photographs for media purposes.

4. Ensuring that all promotional material developed and distributed by the Department, adhere to the City’s stringent branding requirements and policy.

5. Ensuring that all content is correct for quality assurance and approval purposes.

6. Creating, maintaining and storin backups of all relevant documents/ templates relatingto promotional material produced and used by the Unit and Department.

7. Maintaining a portfolio of evidence for all approved promotional material designed and produced for the Unit and Department.

8. Producing approved promotional material within the stipulated timeframes as required by the clients/direct line manager.

9. Presenting concepts to clients within his/her area of authority.

10. Evaluating relevant software and hardware products.

11. Ensuring compliance wth corporate IT standards, policies and specifications.

12. Monitoring advances in technology.

**The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements**:
**Qualification**:Diploma in Graphic Design Degree is advantageous

**Experience**: Proven graphic design experience, with a portfolio of work. Experience in editing videos and phoographs

**Other skills/ requirements (Specify)**

1. Computer literacy: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel

2. Adobe Creative package: inDesign, Publisher, Premier Pro, Photoshop
