Customer Service Agent, Somerset West

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for customer service and lead coordination in a professional and timely manner by accurately loading and qualifying sales leads according to relevant criteria
- Actively monitor various online platforms (LMS, CMS, etc) & identify potential sales opportunities
- Provide a good customer service experience through effective communication, listening empathetically, using appropriate language, and understanding customer needs
- Connecting customers with the correct salespeople, and ensuring that all potential sales opportunities are considered
- Maintain discretion regarding confidential customer and employer information
- Build and maintain good trustworthy relationships with salespeople, sales managers, and dealer principals
- Assist the sales departments with achieving their sales targets and KPI’s

**Minimum Requirements**
- Prior call centre or leads management experience advantageous
- Customer Services background essential
- Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
- Sales related systems experience _e.g., CMS, LMS_, desirable
- Motor Industry specific experience advantageous
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
- Sales and client services background essential

**Salary structure**:

- Basic monthly salary
