**Location **Krugersdorp, South Africa
**Purpose of the Role**
To provide a broader range of IT support not only in the area of business process improvement, but also in the technical aspect, especially on Report and Program development.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain IT Applications both in-house developed and deployed by regional/global IT Team.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrading of computer systems.
- Ensures economic and efficient availability of data within adequate safeguards for security, integrity, and availability.
- Ensure effective communication and better understanding between users and the IT department by means of providing training and clarification to users.
- Analyses user requirements, evaluates options, recommends solutions, and project manage the implementation of new systems and facilities.
- Performs other related duties as apparent or assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Solid program development know-how in any programming language, with at least 2-5 years of experience.
- Well-versed in SharePoint Workflow and Document development or equivalent, i.e., Google AppSheet, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Background in SAP ECC6 or later is required (front-end user is good enough).
- Experience on the following SAP modules (MM/SD/FI/PP) would be advantageous.
- Background in SAP Business Object (BO) or any equivalent analytical reporting tool is required (front-end user is sufficient).
- Experience in Google apps (Forms/AppSheet) would be advantageous.
- At least 2-5 years working experience in Desktop infrastructure, Networks, Microsoft Windows Environment, and Helpdesk support.
- Experience using a remote access tool to support end users and systems.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
